THE REFERRING EMPLOYEE (THAT'S YOU!)

  • There is NO LIMIT to the number of referrals you can make nor to the bonus payouts.... so let's fill some reqs and make some money!
  • The referring employee cannot have ANY influence in the hiring process for their referred candidate. This includes leads, managers, directors, managing directors, and vice presidents, as well as members of the Talent Acquisition team, who are directly involved in the hiring decision/process for the open role or role in scope.
  • Leadership (leads and above) can receive the bonus only when they have no influence on the hiring decision/process for their referred candidate(s).
  • The referring employee can work in any ManpowerGroup LOB but must be referring a candidate for a role in RPO.
  • The referring employee must refer a candidate for an open position within RPO; referrals for roles outside of RPO / other LOBs will not be considered a referral for the bonus.

THE REFERRAL (THAT'S WHO YOU'RE REFERRING)

  • A referral must be a friend, former colleague, or family member. As the referring employee, you must be able to speak to their credentials, skills, and abilities by way of first-hand knowledge and/or interaction.
  • This online referral submittal form must be made before the referred candidate is screened or interviewed for a role.
  • Referrals may be hired into either staff or consultant roles (including the Available Workforce).
  • If more than one employee refers a candidate, the first person to refer the candidate will be honored.

WHO IS *NOT* ELIGIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED A REFERRAL

  • Individuals who are already employed within ManpowerGroup (either as a consultant or staff)
  • Individuals who are already active in the Available Workforce (on paid or on unpaid assignment)
  • Rehires
  • Contract conversions
  • Temp to perm
  • If the individual has been in consideration for other roles and interviewed for another position within ManpowerGroup prior to the referral, they will not be considered a referral

THE PAYOUT

  • The referral bonus amount varies based on whether the employee is hired in as staff or consultant
  • If your referral is hired in as a consultant, the payout is $250
  • If your referral is hired in as staff, the payout is $2,000
  • All referrals must work 480 hours before the payout is initiated
  • The payout amount is the same for all job types, as long as they are hired into a role within RPO
  • Both the referring employee (you) and the referred candidate must be employed or an “active” consultant at the time of disbursement
